Homage: a tribute. A short title, but rich in meaning. A word that invites, that does not reveal everything, that leaves room for imagination. Because we like to leave open to whom or to what homage is paid. It could be a person, but just as easily the hills of someone's childhood, a stone found during a walk, or an old photograph that suddenly takes on new meaning. Saar, Marc and Free draw inspiration from the most diverse sources, and each work pays tribute in its own way.
